What is K2 Chem's business philosophy?
We
work closely with our clients, listening to their needs, and develop an approach
to which both parties will be satisfied. Part of our mission at K2 Chem is,
always to exceed our customers' goals and expectations.
How does K2 Chem manage accounts?
K2 Chem uses several tools for Account Management.
Account Management Technologies (AMT) - AMT is a process that documents
any program that we implement, and tracks it through to completion. It is goal
oriented. It is based on open communication with the client at all levels, and
benefits all parties by working on projects with clearly outlined objectives.
AMT Service Plan - Part of AMT is a service plan for each client location.
Our service plan will include a Water Management Program Administration Manual
that outlines our overall objectives, program controls, Testing controls, and
logs generated by the SPC software, MSDS and feed and control equipment information.
The service plan is reviewed annually during the account review, however adjustments
to the plan can and will be made throughout the year.
Account Reviews - Account reviews are held annually.
Our reviews cover:
- Last year's Goals and Objectives
- Last year's Special Projects
- Current status of all systems
- Discuss and agree on next year's goals and objectives
Technical Audit - K2 Chem will utilize Engineering support staff to review
all programs in place for best practices application. These reviews are internal
audits, and all information is shared with the client upon completion.
How is training conducted?
K2 Chem offers several different methods to train operators / client representatives.
We use a CD-ROM based training program that can be tailored to any level. The
client at his or her own pace can use this program. It can be done at home on
a PC or during prescheduled time at work. We can also use it to teach to a class.
Class or seminar training is also used by K2 Chem, and is very effective when
there are several operators to train, over several shifts. We will review areas
of concern with the client, and agree on a syllabus before giving the seminar.
Each participant will be tested on the subject matter, and upon satisfactory
completion will receive a certificate. Individual training and reinforcement
is practiced during each service visit and review at each plant.
